This page is maintained by Taurus Sublimation to explain how we produce and ship your custom orders. It reflects our current practices and may change without prior notice.
Once your package leaves our workshop, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or similar). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Production time
All products are custom-made. Production begins within 48 business hours after you approve the design proof. Standard orders are typically ready to ship 2–5 business days after approval. Large or complex orders may take longer — we'll always confirm the timeline in advance.
Delivery options
At checkout you can choose: Standard shipping — flat rate $7.99, calculated at checkout. Free shipping — automatic on orders of $60 or more. Local pickup — free, available for customers in Orlando and areas within a 15-mile radius. After payment, our team will contact you to coordinate pickup time and location.
Shipping zones
We ship nationwide across the United States. For international shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order and we'll provide a custom quote.
Delivery times
Carrier transit times (USPS/UPS) are additional to the production time and are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery so we can help resolve it with the carrier or replace the affected items.
