Our website is hosted on a secure platform and payments are processed by Stripe. Each provider is responsible for the availability and security of its own services.
Terms of Service
Nature of our products
All products sold by Taurus Sublimation are customized and made to order according to the design, text, colors, and instructions you provide. Because each item is personalized, it cannot be resold to another customer.
Design approval
Before production begins, we send a digital preview or proof of your design for approval. Production starts only after you confirm the design is correct. Taurus Sublimation is not responsible for errors in text, spelling, colors, or layout that were present in the approved proof.
Pricing
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Custom quotes may vary based on materials, quantities, complexity, and shipping. The final price is confirmed at checkout before payment.
Production time
Production begins within 48 hours of design approval. Standard turnaround time is estimated from approval, not from order placement. Large or complex orders may require additional time, which we will communicate in advance.
Payment
We accept payments through Stripe. Your card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and is never stored on our servers. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Use of the site
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to upload content that infringes third-party rights, is offensive, illegal, or harmful. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these conditions.
Limitation of liability
Taurus Sublimation's liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
